Engineering leadership across a complex digital portfolio.
Leading multiple teams and contributing across services supporting student applications, identity, curriculum, documents and external platform integrations.
At BPP, Lee has led technical delivery of a new student application platform to replace a legacy system. He also delivered the web implementation of an organisation-wide design system, with a focus on accessibility, consistency, bundle size and developer usability.

Kiri: a local-first AI workspace.
Lee’s own local-first product brings AI-assisted sessions, project knowledge and reusable workflows into one workspace, with explicit control over what tools can access.
Kiri demonstrates full-stack product architecture and a practical understanding of agentic systems, especially the context, persistence and permission boundaries needed to make them useful.

Lee designed and built a combined public website and private practice-management product for an independent healthcare business—from requirements through to usable day-to-day workflows.
The platform balances focused UX with secure access and auditability, without importing unnecessary enterprise complexity.
